Therefore, based on my experience, I think the PPT process should be:

1. Do not think about anything at first, do not look up information, do not touch the computer, but write an outline on paper with a pen. Of course, it is best to simply draw a logical structure diagram. the finer the information, the better.

2. Open a PPT. Do not use any template to display your outline in one title page. (in the past, I always sought perfection. First, I had to touch the board and spend more than half an hour. I was not satisfied with the modification and modified it again, finally, it was totally overturned-time-consuming and time-consuming !!)

3. With the entire structured ppt (the base version/content is blank, but each page has a title), you can start to check the information, write the content suitable for the title expression or copy it from the Internet, trim the text a little, and make the content on each page into a key point with "project number. of course, new materials may be found to be useful but not within the scope of your outline. You can adjust the information and add a new page at the right position.

4. Let's see what the content in the PPT can be made into graphs, such as numbers, processes, causal relationships, obstacles, trends, time, colons, and order, all of them are presented in the form of pictures. If the content is too much or the image cannot be used for presentation, use a "table. I can't explain it in text. Therefore, the best sequence is: Graph-table-word. In this process, do not worry about whether the graph is beautiful. It doesn't matter if it is rough. The key is whether the graph you use is accurate.

5. select a suitable master and choose different colors based on the mood presented by your PPT. If you think the master that comes with the office is inappropriate, adjust it in the master view, add the background image, logo, and decoration image on your own. In fact, I have not thoroughly studied the choice of the master color for so many years. It is said that different colors will bring different emotional impacts to people. Professional books are all about the theory of shit, isn't it emotion? I decided on my own mood. Of course, if you have a company's own standard template, you don't have to spend this time and use it directly.

6. Adjust the title, text size, and size of the text in the master view, as well as the appropriate position.

7. Beautify the graph based on the color of the master, adjust the color, shadow, three-dimensional, line, beautify the table, highlight the text, etc. Note that during this process, the color of the entire PPT should not exceed 3 colors! Otherwise, your PPT will look messy and "earthy "!

8. Beautify the page to see where a decorative image should be placed. You can search for images from the Internet. We recommend that you search for images from Google (preferably in English ), the principle of using a decorative chart is "to meet the theme of the page. The size and color cannot be overwhelming!"

9. At the end of the screening, read it all by yourself. Adjust it if it is inappropriate or not satisfied, and modify the error!

10. Do you think this is over ?? No! Note the typo! (You have changed it in the previous step, but it is not enough! The accuracy of self-check is not high). Do you know what it feels like to have a fly in your meal? It is the feeling of reading the wrong word during the PPT! In addition, the reader is generally a boss or customer, and will be very skeptical about professionalism and work attitude. The first 99% of the jobs have done very well, however, your impression may be lost in the 1% mistakes! Therefore, check the PPT with your colleagues or friends. If the file is important, we recommend that you check it with two or three colleagues.
