IE 7 Home page settings do not take effect?!

My new IE7, home page through the Internet exeplore--on the desktop--Properties--general--home page, set the home page as www.google.com, so old no use? Every time you turn on IE, it always appears http://go.microsoft.com/ fwlink/? linkid=74005
How do I solve this?

Solution:
In the Run, enter Gpedit.msc (that is, run Group Policy), and then locate the user Configuration → admin template →windows components→internet xeplorer, find "prevent execution of first run customizations" in its right box, and double-click it, Select the enabled item in the Open new window, select Go to Home page in the Select your selection box below, and make sure that you exit is OK.
