IE cannot be opened at the same time as other browsers

Today when doing apace-php website. Use IE to open the Web page, ie has been loading, and then use Chrome to open the same address. Discover that chrome also accompanies IE in loading, not displaying content. Chrome will display properly until IE is loaded or turned off ie. And IE is too slow to open.
