IE10 suspended animation/No response is why?

In the details, I found the iexplore.exe process, and then right click on the "Analysis wait Chain", you can see that one or more of IE's threads are indeed waiting to complete network I/O, while in the waiting chain tree structure, we can see that it is waiting for "flashutil_ ActiveX.exe ", PID is 2248, can thread information is missing.

Haha, yes, the "Flashutil_activex.exe" that you see is the Executive Body of the Windows 8 built-in Flash's plugin for IE browsers. No wonder the occasional page will die, and can not be restored, it is every time I die, I am using IE10 to watch the video. I thought, is the IE built this flash instability, think that there is a certain possibility, because it anyway, is still adobe developed (I looked at the implementation of the file information). However, after the discovery of the suspension, it was not long before the problem. I dare not casually delete it, lest cause Win8 inside unpredictable consequences. But when the problem recurs, I look at another IE process, just to find that the process is fully detailed waiting chain information:

Can clearly see, in fact, Flashutil_activex.exe is also waiting for a thread, from QQExternal.exe. Oh, it dawned on me that when the problem reappeared, my QQ was really in the running state. So, every time after watching Flash video on the death of the Web page, I ended the qqexternal process, the problem immediately resolved, the web immediately back to life, loaded out, and then play video.
