Windows 8.1 preview version will be officially released on September 10, June 26. In addition to automatic updates in Windows store, Microsoft will also provide ISO images for users to download and install Windows 8.1 preview version.

IE11 is an important component in Windows 8.1. Its first public version will come along with Windows 8.1 preview. The new features are still under speculation. It can be confirmed that IE11 will add a click call function.
