When you use IE8 to browse the Web page in Windows XP, you sometimes want to use the right-click menu "Open in New tab" to open a link and find that the right-click menu does not have the command.
This failure may be caused by user misoperation, one of the important reasons is that the user has disabled the tab browsing mode or the IE settings have been disturbed.
For the first case, we can click the "Tools-internet Options" command, click the "Settings" button next to "tabs" in the Open Internet Options window, and then check the "Launch tab browsing" option in the Open Tab Browsing Settings window to confirm that the restart IE is resolved ( As shown in Figure 5).
If this is the second case, go to the Internet Options window again, click the "Advanced" option, click the "Reset" button, and then click the "Reset" button to restore the settings by clicking the "Remove personalization" option in the "Reset Internet Explorer settings" window that pops up. Can generally solve this problem.
