This occurs because the corresponding configuration of IE browser is disabled. You only need to perform the following operations to restore it.

1. Press Win + R to start running, enter gpedit. msc in the input box, and click OK to open the local group policy editor.

2. Expand user configuration & rarr; management template & rarr; Windows components & rarr; Internet Explorer

3. In the list on the right, find the option "disable automatic form completion", double-click the option to edit it, set it to disabled, and click OK.

4. Find the "Enable auto-completion for username and password on the form" option, double-click the option to edit it, set it to enabled, and click OK

After setting, you can close the local group policy editor and restart IE.
