Originally this feature allows users to quickly access to the previous site, but with more and more visits to the site, TOP10 's seat is not enough. So to bring you a small trick, so that the new tab page lists more commonly used Web sites, not only more convenient access to the Internet, but also to take full advantage of our high split screen advantages.
Very simply, click the Start button, run regedit directly in the search box, and open Registry Editor:
Browse to Hkey_current_usersoftwaremicrosoftinternet Explorertabbedbrowsingnewtabpage on the left and right-click in the right pane, and create a new
DWORD (32-bit) value:
Name the new value NumRows, as the name suggests, we all know what it means. Next, set its value to the number of rows we want. My display resolution is Full HD 1920x1080 pixels, according to the actual test, show four rows is more appropriate, so set to 4.
Re-open IE9, sure enough, the new tab for me to show more than the previous one times the common web site, and never have to worry about the favorite Web site is "excluded"!
