If fill_parenet is set in the android UI layout, there is still no full screen solution.

During development, we found that sometimes, even Android: layout_width and Android: layout_height are set to fill_parent, as shown in the following example, paratablelayout is still not displayed in full screen.

The solution is to add Android: fillviewport = "true" to horizontalscrollview.
