If the excel file cannot be opened, the system prompts that the document has been damaged and repaired.

1. When you open an excel file, a prompt is displayed, indicating that the file is damaged. When you enter excel, a blank program interface is displayed.

2. Now, click file in the upper left corner of the blank program, as shown in the following figure.

3. Click the option in the menu, as shown in the following figure.

4. Click "trust Center" as shown in the figure, as shown in the following figure.

5. Then we can find the "Trust center" as follows.

6. Go to "trust center settings" and find the "Protected View" details, as shown in the following figure.

7. As shown below, we only need to remove the three check boxes and clickOKButton!

Now we can see that the document is damaged and can be opened normally.
