I am a newbie to ask a question about how to install wordpress in xampp. I use an integrated environment built by wordpress, but this has always occurred when I love the last step of installation, no matter how many times xampp is reinstalled, how can this problem be solved?

The user permissions for connecting to the database are insufficient and can only be read (read only). as a result, the database cannot be created.

If you have not created a table in the database and are installed normally, you can directly perform the next step to automatically create the table! However, you may provide a database account with insufficient permissions to create tables for the service! We recommend that you use the root user!

I use the default xampp user. the user name and password have not been changed throughout the installation process.
