After each installation, the following dialog box is displayed:
Servic 'visualsvn Server' failed to start. Please check visualsvn server log in Event Viewer for more details.
The first error is caused by the failure of the visual SVN server to automatically create a certificate in the above system (currently, the latest version cannot automatically create a certificate)
The second error is caused by the failure to find a valid certificate to start the Windows Service of the visual SVN server.

Solution:
After the second installation to the start service stage, an error occurs and a dialog box is displayed, prompting whether to retry. (In this case, the svn service software has been installed, but the service cannot be started because it cannot pass certificate verification.) If you select cancel in the dialog box, the installation will be rolled back and uninstalled, as a result, the installation cannot continue.

Correct practice:
1. Ignore this dialog box.
2. Find and run the visual SVN server in the Start Menu of windows.

3. After the visualsvn server software is opened, the Operation> Properties dialog box on the menu bar is displayed.

4. Select the certificate tab from the Properties dialog box and click the Change Certificate button. A certificate creation dialog box is displayed, then, follow the prompts to fill in the corresponding information step by step (here you can fill in some of the information), you can create a valid certificate.

5. Finally, switch to the dialog box that contains retry when installing the visualsvn server, and click Retry. Then the service starts.
After the preceding five steps, the visual SVN server can be successfully installed.
