My previous two entrepreneurial experiences both ended in failure. I think the most important factor is the creation of a team (of course I am also involved ). How can I be so sure? Because the launch of similar products and value proposition similar to other companies, all in the market shine. If the product meets the conditions for success, why will the company still fail? In my opinion, my former team, including me, made the following mistakes:

Lack of a strong commitment: Some people have a lot of external affairs and may consider taking part in small programs. You should not work with these people, especially for those with heavy school courses, a bunch of private things, who are traveling around the country and who have full time jobs, they will become a drag-and-drop bottle. The task to be done is not to waste halfway, but to move forward quickly. It is much easier to blame others than to do it myself. I have been both of them. I am sorry that I have no words to believe. I will remind myself next time. Young people are generally able to become very good founders because they do not have many opportunities to make irrelevant commitments everywhere.

Lack of consistent vision/goal: if the two have different opinions on the company's vision and long-term goal, the partnership should not be established from the very beginning. You must be alert. Some people only come for the benefit of money. As the founder of a new company, you have to work as much as 48 hours a day, so you should be very confident about your own ideals, or your energy will soon be exhausted.

Lack of technology: Don't look for a mediocre person with no special skills to work with, they will make those Members who contribute real value down. However, there are always exceptions in everything. Some people are very smart and willing to learn new things, they will still be good candidates. However, if the other party has a certain technology, however, I am too lazy to continue to enrich myself in the new environment. This kind of person is not suitable as a teammate.

Unwilling to work in a physical location: A person who does not want to work in the same space as you is not suitable to start a business together. Although the online project management and collaboration tools have made great progress over the past few years, the brainstorms in the office before the Whiteboard cannot be replaced. Team members must spend time together so that motivation continues to rise and their pace can be determined to be consistent.

If you have not yet formed a perfect team, please keep searching and don't stop. You can start with and invite the "right" person to join. No one can assure the success of a new company, but a poor team will inevitably fail.
