A: Introduction--
Ignore: Usually a deliberate disregard, or neglect, of something obvious.
Neglect: The emphasis is on intentional neglect or neglect, or carelessness and negligence.
Omit: means to forget to do something intentionally or unintentionally, or to delete something that is regarded as unimportant or undesirable.
Overlook: a careless or blind eye for haste.

This group of verbs has the meaning of "ignoring".
1.ignore v. Neglect, ignore, "consciously" refuse.
She saw him coming but she ignored him. She saw him come, but pretended not to see him.
2.neglect v. Neglect, neglect, neglect, or "unconsciously" neglect or forget.
He neglected to made repairs in the He house. He forgot to repair the building.
3.omit. Omission, neglect, forgetting, which is forgotten by "negligence", can also be said to be neglected because of disadvantage or bad.

4.overlook v. Neglect, omission, meaning "intentional omission" or "unconscious neglect".

Omit is omitted (knowing what to do, but thinking that there is no need to do it without doing it);
Overlook most of the meaning is to overlook (a cursory look, without seeing, all without getting the desired information);
Neglect is inadvertently overlooked (knowing what to do, but brain fragments that lead to no doing);
Ignore is deliberately ignored! (know what to do, nor think not necessary, but deliberately do not do)
