Environment: IIS 7.5

Win7 64-bit

vs2012

Problem: The local environment F5 directly run, no problem, publish to IIS, static files can not access, there are 500 errors, the network found a bunch of solutions, the elimination of the path is incorrect, IIS all functions ticked, including static content

Workaround: Add this paragraph to the Webconfig
