In the Computer Management change IUSR_C2D24B7C66694BF user's password, arbitrarily change one. After the change, in IIS "website properties"-"Directory Security"-"Authentication and access Control" edit the password into the one that just changed. The reason for this is that iusr_c2d24b7c66694bf the user in the IIS and Computer Management inside the inconsistent password caused.

(1) To see if the anonymous account for site security settings in IIS Manager is disabled, and if so, try to enable it in the following ways:

(2) View the default anonymous access account for the site in IIS Manager or the group to which it belongs, in the local security policy, if there is no attempt to grant permissions with the following steps:

Note: The general custom IIS default anonymous access account belongs to the group, and for security, there are no special needs, please follow this rule.

The first is to build a user in the domain, given their corresponding permissions, and then the site anonymous landing account to the new user (without the default IUSR_ computer name), the problem solved!

My solution:

Run regsvr32 jscript.dll and regsvr32 vbscript.dll re-register the dynamic link Library of java Script and VB Script, fix!
