IIS error "unable to start a new session with the ID in use"

"The World Wide Web Publishing Service is stopped due to the following error: a new session cannot be started using an existing identifier. (Cannot start a new logon session with an ID that is already in use.) "IISBOY, IISBOY. COM

The WWW Service cannot be started, and all IIS sites are stopped. This problem cannot be solved by reinstalling IIS.
Solution:

Run regsvr32 qmgr. dll and restart the system to restore IIS to normal.
