You attempted to execute a CGI, ISAPI, or other executable program from the directory, but the directory does not allow the execution of the program.
Please try the following:
* If you think the directory should allow access, please contact the site administrator.

* Go to Microsoft Product Support services and search for titles that include "HTTP" and "403".

* In the IIS Software Development Kit (SDK) or the MSDN Online Library, search for the title "Developing ISAPI Extensions", "ISAPI and CGI", and "debugging ISAPI Extensio NS and Filters "theme.
Here's how to fix it:
Click start of operating system → programs → administrative tools →interneter Server management, select your site in IIS and then right-click → properties, in the virtual directory options, see if "Execute Permissions" is set to "None", this is changed to "pure script" save.
If not, then click on the "Create" button in the image above to create an application name so you can do it.
