1, install dotnet-win-x64 https://dotnet.github.io/
2, install Dotnetcore.1.0.4_1.1.1-windowshosting.exe https://www.microsoft.com/net/download/windows Run app Environment
3, install WINDOWS6.1-KB2999226-X64.MSU
4, install repair Vc_redist.x64.exe
5, execute command net stop was/y, net start w3svc

An issue with HTTP error 502.5-process failure in the ASP. NET core deployment to IIS

Environment is Windows SERVER2008R2

The reason is that the system is missing a patch: WINDOWS6.1-KB2999226-X64.MSU
