Close URL rewrite (pseudo-static) site access is normal. This is the problem caused by IIS, reconfigure it.

Configuration method:

Second, add a wildcard script map, select: C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\aspnet_isapi.dll

Third, find the connection pool relative to the site, select the Framework 4.0 Classic mode
