IIS7.5 displays detailed ASP error information "500-Internal Server Error resolution"

The method is as follows:

Open the Internet Information Service (IIS) Manager (run -- inetmgr), and double-click "ASP" to open the properties page,

Expand "debugging properties", change the value of "send error to Browser" to "True", and click "application" on the right to save the settings.

Double-click to open the "error page" property page, click "Edit function Settings" on the right, and select "detailed error (D )"

Finally, you need to check "show friendly HTTP Error information" in the "Internet Options" of the local IE to display detailed ASP error information.

With the detailed error information, you can know where the fault is located and it is much easier to solve it. For the sake of security, remember to solve the fault and change the IIS settings back to the default one!
