To give you illustrator software users to detailed analysis to share the drawing of a cartoon-style bike tutorial.
Let's start with the basic parts of the bike: wheels. First, use the Ellipse tool (L) to draw a 150px*150px circle with no fill color, the stroke color is deep violet, and the thickness is 8pt.
Step 2: With the object-extension-stroke, turn the circle into a curve, we have a circular path.
The next step is to add a bit of shadow to the wheel, so it looks more solid. Copy this ring and "paste It" two times (Control-c > Control-f > Control-f). Select the topmost ring, pan right with the arrow keys, and I move the 4px. (You can convert this circle to a stroke fill, which makes it easier to see the translation effect).
Select the layer we moved just now and the layer below it, select the Path finder-minus the top, so we have the two Crescent shapes, adjust the blending mode to multiply the bottom, and adjust the color, color value is h-320.8,s-24.02,b-80, thus get a faint shadow.
This approach is also used in the other steps that follow.
Step 3: Copy these two layers (that is, the crescent path and the original ring path) and "Paste it in the back" (Control-c > Control-b), narrowing the two just copied paths (I narrowed it down to 145px in diameter).
Then adjust the color of these two paths to beige, the color value h:39.13,s:19.83,b:90.98. The wheels are done.
Step 4: Next, add the spokes. Using the line tool (), hold down the SHIFT key, draw a vertical line, stroke 3pt, and color using the values just now. It should be noted that this line segment is aligned to the center of the previous path.
Next, select this line segment, double-click the tool panel's rotation tool, in the pop-up panel to do the following diagram parameter settings, and click Copy, so that there are two intersecting line segments.
And then just do more spokes. Select the two intersecting line segments, double-click the Rotation tool again, and click Copy as shown in the following figure. Here, 360/20 means to divide 360° into 20 parts, and AI automatically calculates the appropriate angle. Repeat this operation several times, you will get the following figure.
Step 5: Next is the fender. Draw a black circle of the same size as the wheel, put it on top and cover the wheel. Change the fill mode to stroke (shift-x), 8pt, set the following figure.
Click on the Scissors tool (C), in the circle around the two anchor points on each point, so that a circle into two halves, delete the bottom half.
Step 6:① Select this half circle, select the Object-expand, fill a more pink color, I fill in the #ef77a0;②+③ and then through the same steps before the wheel shadow, add a bit of shadow to the fender. ④ draw a 25px*25px circle and place it in the center of the wheel.
2. Add other parts to our bicycles
Step 1: This is added to the rear axle. Draw a rectangle with a rectangular tool (M) and fill it with a bright green gem, #6ad6b6. Then use the Direct Selection tool (A) to select the anchor point in the upper right corner of the rectangle, move it vertically up, and move the anchor point down in the lower right corner.
Select the rectangle, select the effect-style-rounded corners, select the appropriate radius, to achieve the following effect.
Step 2: Select the pink Circle, copy and move to the right side of the rectangle, zoom in slightly.
The following steps need to be implemented to achieve the results shown below. In this need to explain, the original tutorial author should be the most new AI, my version does not have that advanced function, so really did not understand what he said, just use their own stupid method to achieve a similar effect. My step is to copy the circle to the right, zoom in to the following rectangle, cross the path finder-and delete the extra rounded corners.
Then copy a circle, paste it on top, my color value is #ff8ab4.
Step 3: Draw a slash section with a line or pen tool, stroke 5pt, color value #875474.
Then use a rectangular tool or rounded rectangle tool and add a pedal. The original author has shaded the rear axle and pedals, but there is no process, and you can refer to the steps to make the wheel.
Step 4: Draw a diagonal section, stroke 10pt, as the seat bracket. Add another finer segment and form a triangle with the thicker segment. Then use the Rounded Rectangle tool to add the seat to the top.
Step 5: Select the entire wheel, copy and pan to the right, the front wheel appears.
Then we turn the front fender angle. Select the Rotation tool (R), press and hold ALT while clicking on the center point of the wheel, and adjust the image in the pop-up panel, click OK.
Copy the diagonal section of the support seat and pan to the front wheel position.
Step 6: Next is the handle. First Use the Pen tool (P) to draw a polyline, and then select the corner anchor to smooth it.
Then copy the handle, paste it on top, fill it with pink, leaving only a small part of the handle, and the other to delete it.
Step 7: Add two beams. Use the Pen tool to add a radian to the line above.
Step 8: Then it's time to add the details. Select the rear axle, click on the object-path-offset path, and proceed as shown in the diagram, thus getting a new path. Make this new path a bit deeper and add other elements to your liking.
For the whole picture to have a better effect, you can add a pale beige background, plus some shadow in the wheel and around the car.
Step 9: Finally, we can add some clouds. Use the Ellipse tool (L) to draw a few circles, overlap each other, and then use the Eraser tool (E), remove the excess parts below, you are done.
The final results are as follows:
Well, the above information is small weave for you illustrator of this software users brought to the detailed drawing of a cartoon style of the bicycle tutorials to share the full content of the users see here Small series believe that we are now very clear way to draw the bar, Then you will go to the small part of the tutorial to share the attempt to draw their own cartoon bike bar.
