Skill Sharing:
Step 1
First we need to create a feather brush. First use the Ellipse tool to draw the ellipse, then use the Direct Selection tool, select the top and bottom anchor points, as shown in the move, create a flat edge. Then select more anchor points to bring them closer to the center.

Step 2
Select Object > Warp > Rotate, rotate 90 degrees. Copy this shape three times. To make three different feather brushes using these three graphs, add a bit of variability. Using the line segment tool, draw a straight line along the central axis. Select all triangles use the compound path tool (ctrl+8). Select the composite path and ellipse, using the Pathfinder > minus the front.

Repeat these steps to add a feather boundary to the remaining two elliptical replicas, and the middle axis on the feather can be used as a reference for the position of the triangle on the feather. Hides the middle axis.

Step 3
Three copies of the finished feather, adjust the remaining two tones. The difference is: darkened, medium, light.

Use the Alignment Panel tool to center the three-toned shapes. The light is at the bottom, the middle is darkened, the above is the middle tone.

Step 4
Use the Free Transform tool (E) to reduce the size of the three-medium-tone. The center is then aligned vertically with the respective group, and the top is aligned with the middle and highlight.

Use the freeform tool to lengthen the illuminated graphic to the bottom edge of the darkened tone.

Step 5
To make the feather more stylized, you can add some rectangular boundaries to it. Select All (Ctrl + a), object > Path > Simplify, and enter the values in the dialog box shown in the figure. Set the angle width to 0 degrees, OK.

Step 6
The feather combinations of each group (CTRL+G) are reproduced. Open Paths > Unions, and create a whole shape for each group.

Step 7
Display the central axis of the previous shadow, and place it at the top level. Lock the three groups of shapes.

The Path finder > divide (Divide) divides the overall contour shape into two parts

Set the side blending mode > color of the feather contour, the other side of the blending mode > multiply the bottom. Two times set transparency to 50%.

Step 8
Use the line segment tool in the middle of the feather to draw a straight line. In the Appearance panel, set the figure to copy the line and reduce the stroke to 5pt. Change the blending mode to filter color and opacity to 50%. Combine these elements.

Step 9
Select a set of feathers and click on the brush panel's new brush. In the pop-up window, select the art brush, as shown in the following figure. Repeat the above settings for the remaining two sets of feathers.

Step 10
Next, create a circled spiral brush. Create a short horizontal line using the straight-line tool. Use the selection tool to press the ALT key to copy the line, and then ctrl+d repeat the action until you have a bunch of short lines. Set the stroke of 2pt in the Stroke panel, with the rounded ends set at both ends.

Step 11
Use the Freeform tool to adjust the length of some segments, and then adjust the trim colors. Some bright spots, some dark spots.

Copy one of these segments, change the stroke size to 1pt, set the blending mode to filter, and opacity to 70%.

Step 12
Combine these segments and rotate 90 degrees. Then create a new brush. Set as shown in the following figure.

Step 13
Now you need to create the beads above the catcher's net. Draw a circle first. Use the direct selection tool to select the bottom and top anchor points and move the anchor points to the center point. As shown in the picture, a flattened circle.

Step 14
Copy this graphic twice. Make a small thin oval using the freeform tool. Set a large graphic with an opacity of 0% and place it under a small graphic with a small graphic opacity of 100%. Select two graphics and use the blending tool (CTRL+ALT+B) to set the step to 10. Blending mode is filter color.

Step 15
Copy the overall contour of the bead, using the appearance set as shown in the picture to make the bead shadow.

Step 16
Copy the contour of the bead again and set the blending mode to: color, opacity 100%, which will help you adjust the color of any beads you want.

Step 17
So now it's time to create a dream catcher. Use a circle tool to make a series of circles. A big circle, create some small circles underneath it.
When you are done, apply the thread brush you just created.

Step 18
Using the line tool, draw a numerical line along the center of the small circle, using these lines as a reference for placing the bead.

Add some beads to the ring for later decoration

Step 19
Now make some spiral weave lines in the center of the ring. Draw an ellipse from the center road boundary of the ring.
Then use the direct selection tool to move the handle of the left and right anchor points. Select the top anchor point to change the selected anchor point to a rectangular anchor point. This creates a droplet shape.

Step 20
Keep the droplets in the selected state. Effect > Twist & deformation > deformation. We will rotate the graph from the bottom to the starting point. Rotate 30 degrees each time, a total of 12, minus the original one, you need to copy 11 copies, as shown in the following figure:

Copy a spiral water droplet and resize it for each ring.

Step 21
I wanted to screw the water droplets, but they were too tangled up. This can be modified to select all the thread effects > Twist and deform > Wrinkle & Swell. will create water droplets with rectangular edges.

If you've got the right angle of water droplets, select the tool to move the anchor Point and align the points.

Step 22
Use an art brush on a drop thread to drop the stroke to 0.25pt in a small circle.

Then use the line tool from high to low to connect the ring first, the same to the line applied to the art brush.

Step 23
Use brushes to create feathers, large circles of feathers, small garden feathers.

If the color of the feather is not satisfied. You can double-click the feather brush to adjust the color.

Step 24
Use a straight line tool to connect feathers and beads.

Then add beads to the top of the feather.

Step 25
Copy some beads and place them regularly on the drip spiral online.

Step 26
If the end result is still not satisfied. You can select all elements to recolor.

I changed the bright blue/green to Brown to make him look more natural. Click OK, Finish.

Now the dream Catcher is done.
