Step 1
We first build a new file with a height and width of 180 millimeters. If you don't like it, you can choose any size you want. Then we'll position it directly in the center of the document with a horizontal vertical. Select the Ellipse tool (L), create an ellipse without filling the color, select a black border, and place it in the center of the file. The ellipse I made is 160 mm tall and 40 mm wide. It looks like this:

Now, we're going to copy the Ellipse 8 times. The easiest way to do this is to use the Rotate tool (R). Select the Rotation tool (R), press ALT to click the Oval Center, and the dialog box will appear. Enter an angle of 20 and click the Copy button. You will get the following figure:

Now press and hold Ctrl+d 7 times, the effect is as follows:

We can now remove the guides and we no longer need them. The easiest part of the tutorial is done and now we need to divide it into small pieces. We'll use a path finder. So, select all ellipses, go to Window > Pathfinder, click Split:

Now press SHIFT + CTRL + G to ungroup all objects. Then delete all unnecessary objects (those small diamond blocks in the middle) and make them like the following image:

Now we're going to use gradients. It took a long time but it turned out to be great. Let's get started: Using the direct Selection tool (A) to select the object (press SHIFT and click each object), apply the gradient from CC30 M100 Y0 K0 to C30 M100 Y0, as shown in the following figure:

Then select another 6 groups of objects, applying the colors from C80 M100 Y0 K0 to C80 M100 Y0, as shown in the following figure:

Then select another 6 groups of objects, applying the colors from C0 M100 Y100 K0 to C0 M100. Y100 K80. You're going to get this effect:

Now there's enough information to teach you how to apply the rest of the gradients for each of the 6 groups of objects.
