Import account information from Outlook Express into the Windows Live Mail for Win 7

Export account information from Outlook Express

Open Outlook Express and press Tools > accounts on the toolbar.

Select the account you want to export, press export, and save the information to the desktop with the IAF file. Copy the folder to the Windows 7 desktop by moving the storage media.

Import account information into Windows Live Mail

Press Start "All Programs" > "Windows Live" > "Windows Live Mail".

Press the "ALT" key on the keyboard to open the toolbar. Click "Tools" > "Account".

Press the "Import" button;

Open the IAF file that you just exported to copy to the Windows 7 desktop.

Complete! Account information has been successfully imported.
