If you want to manually uninstall 3721, it must be before the system loads the driver. Best Method (machine with Win NT architecture) -- start the machine with NTFS DoS (www.winternals.com)
Run % Windows & \ system32drivers \ cnsminkp. sys and
Delete the Active Control in the % WINDOWS % \ Downloaded ProgramFiles directory.
Del c: \ windows \ system32 \ cnsmin. dll
Then restart the machine to enter
Click "run". In the "run" input box
First Uninstall this:
Regsvr32-U c: \ windows \ system32 \ CNS. dll
Del c: \ windows \ system32 \ CNS. dll
Regsvr32-u c: \ WINDOWS \ Downloaded ProgramFiles \ cnshook. dll
Del c: \ windows \ Downloaded ProgramFiles \ cnshook. dll
Regsvr32-u c: \ WINDOWS \ Downloaded ProgramFiles \ cnsmin. dll
Del c: \ windows \ Downloaded ProgramFiles \ cnsmin. dll
Go to the Registry and use keywords 3721 and the central component to delete all the items found.
If the corresponding loaded registry key is not deleted, a warning box is displayed. The module cannot be found.
Then:
Notepad c: \ Windows \ system32 \ drivers \ etc \ hosts
Enter:
0.0.0.0 www.3721.com
0.0.0.0 download.3721.com
0.0.0.0 cnsmin.3721.com
0.0.0.0 cns.3721.com
In Internet Options of IE, add the above domain names on the "Security" tab --> Restricted Sites
