Import the Visual Studio font and color settings to SQL Server Management studio.

Many people like the background of a dark-colored editor. When you face the screen for a long time, the dark colors make your eyes hard to get tired.

 

There are many color-tone themes specially designed for download on the Internet. You only need to import them to Visual Studio (tools --> Import and Export settings/import and export settings, here are a few of my favorite: VS-Dark-Color-Schemas.rar

However, management studio of SQL server does not support Import and Export settings. If we want to use the same font and color settings as Visual Studio in management studio, Tomas Restrepo (tomas@winterdom.com) writes a smallProgramVscolortosql can do this for you.

However, the version I can find for this program can only be imported to SQL Server 2005 management studio from vs2005. I modified vscolortosql before RTM in SQL Server 2008 to support vs2005, vs2008, SQL 2005, and sql2008.
