Import vcenter server certificate configuration in Citrix xendesktop 7.x

1. Copy the vcenter server certificate to DDC. The certificate path is located on the vcenter server.

Note:

A. If vcenter does not contain a domain, you must use the hostname to access it and add the vcenterserver host name resolution record to the local host file.

B. You cannot enter an IP address because the common name of the default certificate is the FQDN or host name issued to the vcenter server.

C. Certificate Errors are generally reported for three reasons: CN inconsistency, certificate expiration, Root CA untrusted

 

 

5. You can use Citrix studio to add a vcenter server connection.
