Allow system intelligence to delete document records
Since the Windows system will automatically display the name of the recently accessed or opened document in the My Documents option on the Start menu, it is clear that this assertive feature exposes our privacy to the public. To do this, many friends tend to right click on the system taskbar, execute the Properties command in the right-click menu, open the Taskbar and Start Menu Properties dialog box, and click the Clear button as shown in Figure 4 to remove the name of the document that appears in the My Documents option from being clean. It is obvious that this method of operation is not only troublesome, but also needs to be carried out regularly. In fact, after the following small settings, you can make the system after each startup, intelligently delete the document record:

Click the start/program/attachment/notepad command to open the system's Notepad editing interface and enter the code "deltree/y x:\windows\recent\*.*" (where X is the disk partition symbol for the Windows system), Click the file/Save command in the edit window's menu bar to save the above code as a "Del.bat" file in the pop-up File Save Settings window;
Then select the Start/program/start option, and then double-click the startup option with your mouse, and then drag the Del.bat file directly to the Startup window that opens later. As a result, every time the Windows system starts, it intelligently clears the document records that appear in the My Documents option.
Let system intelligent Memory document open time Maybe you'll be surprised by the headline, but in the Windows System Notepad window, do the following simple things to make the Windows system intelligently remember the most recent open time for a target document:
First open the Notepad program window, open the target document file in the window, and then in the editing interface, position the mouse in the first row of the text editing window and make sure there is nothing else in the first row;
Then enter the string in the first line. Log, where the "log" letter needs to be capitalized, the contents of the document can only appear outside the first line, and finally the target file is saved again. Later, when we open the target document again, we can see that the system has displayed the current open time at the end of the document's content.
