As the graduate student has accumulated a lot in the major, and has been designing a complete set of applications in the majorProgramFramework, so it is basically handy in counterpart work. At that time, China's Internet was experiencing a rapid development (which is still the case today). Company N, as one of the pioneers of China's Internet, was facing an increasingly competitive market, it is constantly being adjusted and reformed, which also involves the expansion of new projects in our R & D department and the elimination of old businesses. After nearly a year of entry into the company, my happy days gradually disappeared, and a large project in my department was forced to be suspended, this drastic move is very close to the company's founder's character. At the very beginning of the project, he instructed two people to develop the same project, this is also a common internal competition mechanism in some companies.

Since the focus of the company is no longer on our departments, or we have never been focused on us, the atmosphere of the entire department is getting increasingly gloomy, and there will be no departmental activities in the days that follow, no rewards. Now I want to come. At that time, I was still passionate, but it may also be naive. Although the leaders had never fulfilled any promises of rewards, I often put forward my own suggestions on the project, I will also come up with some good ideas, and make corresponding design demos, even some patents, but after all these are ignored intentionally or unintentionally by the leaders, I started to give my speech to the work of the entire department and even doubt the leadership ability. Speaking of this, I would like to mention the leaders of our department, a young man between 30 and 35, who has been working in company n for almost five years. He has more than one meter and has few words, the first thought should be a bold and strong person, but the opposite is true, at least from a series of changes in the company.

The initial manifestation of declining departments is that recruitment is basically no longer conducted, and academic exchanges are all suspended. All tasks are focused on optimizing a small product, I can obviously feel a pressure on the office area. Even so, I try my best to improve, revise, and expand my work to new applications. I just don't propose new ideas, instead, it is recorded in its own inspiration diary, which may be useful one day in the future. The optimization of small products has made gratifying achievements, but it is still unable to escape the fate of being taken over. When we have not had time to enjoy the small achievements of this product, the company's big adjustment began quietly. At that time, the tools developed by my team were being used by more and more departments in large companies, and the products in our department also brought huge traffic. Next, we should further expand and promote the market, at the beginning of the adjustment, we can only stop it. All the efforts and passion are for the departure of the senior leadership and the departure of colleagues.

I am not sure whether I am lucky or unfortunate. I was selected by the competition department based on my successful architecture and development of some core modules in the entire project. Although only a few people have been chosen to stay, I am not very honored. This kind of company adjustment made me feel puzzled. It took a long time to start, and then it took a lot of time to end, and then start again. The difference is that I just changed some people. After six months of experience, it may be a good thing for me to change the environment. Maybe I can make things in my field better and deeper, after all, the company's things in this field are self-built from scratch with a few colleagues, but later, I found that I was wrong, a big mistake. Although I have been familiar with my professional field and have unlimited enthusiasm, I still have to do some important jobs that I don't like very well under the arrangement of the new department, this is something I have never understood. What I have done is far better than the products in the corresponding direction of this Department. I also have more experience, but the managers can leave it far away, keep me away from what I like and what I like. Maybe this department is too young. leaders are also a group of enthusiastic but inexperienced young people who have just stepped out of school. After careful consideration, I found that such a place could not be suitable for me, because I am also a young man who is passionate about his major direction but has different ideas.

everything happened so quickly. When I looked back and sorted out my work and life over the past two years, I still had a lot of GAINS. Although I had gone through the pain of losing and thinking, I am still working towards my goal. Although I have gone through the ups and downs from happy work to no interest in my work, I still try to be grateful, I know that all these experiences will become a valuable reference for my future work and life. More importantly, I have not lost any interest in my professional career in these ups and downs, or stick to the belief that we should work in the same direction, and even strengthen this belief. In any case, I still want to be grateful, grateful for all the frustrations and helplessness, grateful to all those who have attached importance to and ignored me, and grateful to all colleagues who have met at company n, all of these have helped me to better understand my goals and how to live.
