Solution:
First, enable the telnet service Win7 without installing the telnet function by default, so you cannot directly use the telnet command; you can go to "Control Panel"> "program"> "enable or disable Windows functions" and check "telnet client". Then, you can use the telnet command normally. Check the environment variables at www.2cto.com to make sure that the system32 directory is in the directory % SystemRoot % \ system32; % SystemRoot %. If the above two causes are correct, the telnet command may be missing.
