In fact, it is the study notes of the logistics module in the axapta standard teaching materials. Now it's not just an exaggeration. It's just at the door of my house. It's disgusting that the dead do not break the law.
In the standard tutorial, there are three parts about this module: warehouse, Trade & Logistics I, Trade & Logistics II. There are still a lot of content, so I can read and write it on it, it depends on the number of writes.
Basic concepts of Warehouse
Learn a few basic concepts about warehouse:
1. Warehouse
A warehouse is actually an independent physical location. If you have inventory in different places, you may need to create different warehouse. A transaction involves a warehouse, in fact, it is to specify where to get the product. In axapta, the path of the warehouse is set as follows: Inventory Management-> setup-> Inventory breakdown-> warehouse.
2. Location
Storage space. This is a specific place in the warehouse. It consists of N layers, large boxes, small boxes, and small boxes. OK, location refers to the end point of a path after a box is set up. These small boxes involve the following words. I really don't know how to translate them. I haven't seen any real business scenarios yet, for now, it is called a big box, a small box, or a small box. The specific words are as follows: warehouse-> aisle-> rack-> shelf-> bin, as follows:
Of course, in the actual situation, the four small boxes may only use a part, but in the system, the location settings must be consistent with the actual inventory.
Inventory management-> setup-> Inventory breakdown-> location.
3. Pallet ID
The pallet ID is the unique identifier of a product tray. It contains information about the tray number and type. A tray can be any container used to store and transport products, the size of the tray implies the type of the tray. axapta can determine which location in the warehouse can store the tray based on the type of the tray. It seems that the pallet is actually a mobile location, and there is no difference in the storage of items, but it will run everywhere.
4. inventory status
The inventory status is actually the place where the product is located in the warehouse, whether it is outside or inside the warehouse. The specific status is as follows:
The purchase order status is as follows:
Ordered: Create Po rows
Arrived
Get the status of a specific location
Registered: this status indicates that the product has been put on a specific location. There are two possibilities in the system. One is to directly post the item arrival journal without entering the shipping information, in addition, the input transportation is complete.
Received: status of the Purchase ticket.
Purchased: status of the invoice issued for this purchase.
The corresponding sales order status is as follows:
On order: Create row so
Reserved order/physical: the product has been reserved by an order. The product is either in the warehouse or from the supplier.
Picked: the product has been removed from the location through the pickup path.
Deducted: the status of the order that has been issued
Sold: the status of the sales order that has been invoiced.
The basic concepts have been introduced. Now we can see the circulation of products in stock.
The transfer process of an item can be expressed as follows:
The following figure shows what to do in Warehouse Management:
Seeing the above figure, I suddenly thought of the high school vice president's speech: "strategically, We must despise the enemy and tactically pay attention to the enemy ". Almost every time he took the exam, his old man would move this line out, so that we had to despise the exam strategically and tactically attach importance to the exam. Unfortunately, I am stupid, today, nearly ten years later, I have not realized how to put down the exam strategically.
I didn't expect to see this familiar word again here. If the level of emotional strategy is nothing, I would like to shout slogans, similar to reaching the level of moderately developed countries in 2050. Tactically, I would be a little detail, the specific operation is actually working, like our coder.
Warehouse function:
Strategic level: enables the system to manage warehouses continuously and correctly.
Tactical Level: daily system operations, decision and assignment of tasks
Operation Level: Physical Operations on the product
