In Excel 2010, how does one add a background to a worksheet?

1. In the current worksheet, we add a background for it to make it more beautiful and professional. On the "page layout" tab, click the "background" button, as shown in Figure 1:

 

 

2. In the displayed "worksheet background" dialog box, select the background image to be inserted and click "Insert", as shown in Figure 2:

 

 

3. Now we can see that the worksheet has been added with the selected background image, as shown in Figure 3:

 

 

4. To delete the added background, click "delete background" on the "page layout" tab, as shown in Figure 4:
