How to exchange two columns?

Method 1:

Insert a row at the beginning, and enter the sequence numbers you want in this row, such as 1, 2, 3 ,...... click "data"> "sort" in the menu, select "sort by row" in the sorting option, and then select "sort by the first behavior keyword.
