In Excel, how does one set automatically saved recovery documents?

1. Open an excel file at will, and then click the Office button on the top left-Excel option, as shown in the figure.

2. Click the Save tab in the excel option.

3. Here we will see a "interval for saving automatic recovery information". We will select it and set how often it will be saved.

Note: The time interval should not be too short.

4. Then we set the automatic storage location and automatic recovery location. You can also use the default location.

5. As shown in the following figure, you can set exceptions for automatic recovery of information. In general, you can leave this option unselected.
