In Internet Explorer 8, can I re-open the previous webpage when I open the browser?

Method 1:
Open a new tab and clickRe-open the last browsing session.

Collapse the image and expand the image.

ToolsMenu>Re-open the last browsing session. (If you cannot see the toolbar, press the Alt key to remove the toolbar)
