Solution
 
1. At the same time on the desktop, we press WIN + X and then click the "program and function (F)" menu on the open menu interface;
 
2. Click "enable or disable WINDOWS" on the left and then click "uninstall IE10" and restart;
 
3. Then go to "enable or disable WINDOWS", install IE10, and restart it to use IE10.
