Tip: After initialization, personal files and applications are deleted and all settings are restored to the default values. Back up important files before proceeding.
1. On the start page, press WIN + C on the keyboard to run the super button.
2. Select set in the Super button ].
3. Click Change computer settings ].
4. In the "computer settings" list, select General ].
5. On the right side of the "general" option, find "delete all content and reinstall Windows", and then click "Start" below it ].
6. Read the prompt for computer initialization and click [next ].
7. Select [Windows drive only ].
8. Select Delete my files only ].
