In Windows 8, how does one modify the hosts file? No permissions

1. Open c: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers \ etc in the computer, find the hosts file in the directory, and copy it to the computer desktop.

2. Open the file in Notepad and add the file you want to process, as shown in figure

8.8.8.8 www.111cn.net


3. Save and copy the hosts file to the desktop to c: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers \ etc. When confirmation is displayed, click replace the file in the target.

4. Open the hosts in the c: \ windows \ system32 \ drivers \ etc directory and you will find that the file has been successfully modified.


Note: the hosts file only refers to the file on the IP address and domain name. Such modification will not affect the computer.
