Set in Shell

In bash, export TZ = "Europe/Moscow" date-u-s "2011-10-29 21:55:00"
Setenv TZ Europe/Moscow in cshell

Program(Also set environment variables)

In Linux, change the time zone and take effect immediately.
Setenv ("TZ", "Europe/Moscow", 1 );
Tzset ();
The setting does not affect execution of other programs. that is to say, this setting is actually an environment variable that only takes effect for the program itself, while Ace directly encapsulates this option as ace_process_options: setenv.
