In Win8.1, the Internet Explorer 11 cannot open a local website. How can this problem be solved?

1. Open the IE 11 browser, and click Internet options on the top of the menu ---> Security, select local Internet ---> Click site, as shown in the following figure;

2. After the Internet is opened, click Advanced. A window is displayed, as shown in the following figure;

3. Add the relevant website domain name.

Now, you can add the website you want to open here. It feels a bit like your windows 2008 server system. The previous XP system does not seem to have this security setting.
