In Windows 10, it is slow to open an excel file. How can this problem be solved?

If this problem occurs, we can fix the registry. However, it is highly risky to modify the registry. Therefore, experts must back up the registry.

Solution:

1. In your system, press Win + R on the keyboard to start running;

 
2. Enter regedit in the running box and press enter to go to your system registry editor;

3. Select HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ Excel. sheet.12 \ shell \ Open (default) and command item end:/dde changed to/e "% 1" pay attention to the same space, HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT \ Excel. sheet.8 \ shell \ Open

Then exit the registry and check whether the slow opening of excel has been successfully solved.
