Answer: install the following steps to release Windows XP and obtain an ID address again:
1. Click the start button, click the attachment option, and then click the command prompt ".
2. In doscommand line mode, enter the following command "ipconfig/release" and press the Enter key to release the IP address.
3. In doscommand line mode, enter the following command "ipconfig/renew" and press the Enter key. Use the preceding two commands to obtain the IP address again.
4. In doscommand line mode, enter the following command "ipconfig/all" and press the Enter key to check whether the IP address is obtained correctly based on the obtained IP address information.
