Reason Analysis:

This is because Google recently updated the security mechanism of the mailbox, all Third-party mail clients must use a dedicated Pop/imap password authentication.

Solution:

Visit: Https://security.google.com/settings/security/apppasswords

Select "Log on with application-specific password";

The system will automatically generate a series of 12-bit dedicated login password, users simply copy it to the mail client to save the normal access to Gmail mail.
