Incorrect missing ArcGIS registry key developed by ArcGIS mobile 9.3

This is related to the unfriendly configuration of the development environment of ArcGIS mobile. We know that arcengine needs to install Runtime on the target machine to develop the desktop program, but the environment of the development machine already contains runtime. Similar to ArcGIS mobile, ArcGIS mobile runtime needs to be installed on the target device during deployment, but it is not automatically deployed during development and debugging. Therefore, you need to install ArcGIS mobile manually first.
