Source: Internet
Author: User

The/etc/sudoers permission was accidentally modified when the user was added, and sudo was not allowed. By default, the root account is disabled in Ubuntu, and the result is silly and cannot be changed back.

The method is as follows:

1. Restart the machine, Press ESC at startup, and enter recovery mode.

2. In this case, the disk is in read only mode, select fsck check all file systems, re-mount all disks, and press ENTER

3. Select root drop to root shell prompt to enter the root account

4. Run the following code to change the permission to 440.

Chmod 440/Etc/sudoers

Complete

To avoid further issues, enable the root account

$Sudo-S #Passwd
