Increment/decrement operators in PHP

Look at this piece of code.

<? PHP $a=10; $b=++$a; Echo $b. " <br> "; Echo $a ;? >// output one by one

Before incrementing the value of $ A by 1 and then returning to $ A and $b, the value of the original $ A was changed before increment

Look at this again.

<? PHP $a=10; $b=$a+ +; Echo $b. " <br> "; Echo $a ;? >//  output

Add $ A to $ A plus 1 to $b, then increment does not change the original $ A value

Diminishing the same.
