How to Troubleshoot:
1. Check the autoupdate.exe below the client to see if the client is up-to-date and there are no upgrade files updated.

3. Restart the client and use the test.
4, when the client opens, please use Administrator privileges to open. 5, uninstall the client, re-download the new client use.
