Open the List you want to modify and click Customize Form on ribbon. Of course, the premise is that you have installed the InfoPath Designer on your machine:
First, a prompt is displayed for IE. Do you want to open the InfoPath Designer? Click here to allow:
Then, a prompt will pop up in the Office asking if you want to open the SharePoint List. Click Yes:
