The new and edit entry page that comes with SharePoint only opens all attributes in one column and is difficult to modify. At this time, you can use InfoPath to customize the page of the entry, which is very simple.

 

Open the List you want to modify and click Customize Form on ribbon. Of course, the premise is that you have installed the InfoPath Designer on your machine:

First, a prompt is displayed for IE. Do you want to open the InfoPath Designer? Click here to allow:

Then, a prompt will pop up in the Office asking if you want to open the SharePoint List. Click Yes:

In this way, InfoPath is enabled. InfoPath provides a style by default, which can be modified on the basis of this:

Change it to the following format. The columns in the form are selected from Fields on the right:

 

After the design is complete, click the release icon in the upper left corner to wait for the release to succeed.
