Project Procurement Management
Project Procurement management determines the mode of project management to some extent, it is the material base and main content of project execution, the purchase management should take into consideration economy, rationality and validity, can effectively reduce project cost, promote the project to achieve the goal of project smoothly, and complete project successfully.
Project procurement includes project materials and technical resources, which must conform to project design and planning requirements, arrival or service cycle.
The project procurement management process consists of six management processes:
1, procurement planning: decide what to purchase, when to purchase
2, the preparation of contracts: Record the project for the product and service needs, and find potential suppliers
3, Tender: access to appropriate information, quotations, bids, offers or proposals
4. Supplier Selection: Review all offers, select suppliers and negotiate final contract with them
5, contract management: management contracts and trading relations;
6, contract closure: Contract fulfillment and liquidation.
